Basically, everything you need to make your own fairy tail slipper! The shoe itself, when finished, measures approximately 100 mm wide by 225 mm tall by 300mm long – that’s about 4″ x 8.75″ x 12″. Quality Cuts As Standard My cut files are designed with cutting machines in mind. Here are just some of the steps that I take to ensure quality in every design.
– Each design is carefully checked for unused symbols, unused swatches, unused graphic styles, axis alignments, inconsistent point types and unnecessary handles.
– Each design is exported in the SVG 1.1 format to ensure universal compatibility.
– Where possible, corners are rounded to reduce wear on your blades and snagging of card stock during cutting.
– Auto-tracing of existing raster images is not used as this results in low quality outlines.
– Node count is carefully reviewed and reduced to ensure clean paths and low file sizes.
Cricut Users, Please Note! Cricut Design Space software has a few known issues that users purchasing SVG files should be aware of. The first is that design space may, on very rare occasions, distort SVG files after upload and import into your project.
The second is the when there is lots of cutting data present, Design Space can freeze or be exceptionally slow at processing this data when using the “attach” option which is the only way to make sure that the cutting lines are in the right place.
If either of these happen to you, this is not an issue with the SVG file, but with the Design Space software that you are trying to use it with. You should therefore contact the Cricut support team for assistance.
